We offer a 5-day return and refund policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

In case your product arrives damaged or defective, you can also request a free replacement with no extra charges.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make things right.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the Order email confirmation or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, our delivery partner will pick up the product directly from your address.
We aim to process your refund on the same day the item is collected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed the same day and credited to your original payment method.
